How long will my project take?
Every project is different, so the timelines are fluid. We do our best to keep you updated on an estimated end date. This can change based on the availability of materials, unexpected findings within the house, and subcontractor availability.
Do you use subcontractors?
Yes. We have a trusted network of licensed and insured subcontractors. They will ensure the work is completed to our standards and everything is up to code for inspection.
How do you handle communication with us during our project?
We will provide constant updates to you via phone call, text, or email. If there are any changes that need to be made during the project, we will talk to you about options before moving forward to ensure full allignment on the work we’re doing.
Will there be a big mess during the project?
Construction is messy. Before it’s beautiful, there will be lots of dust. However, we respect your property by laying down clean tarps as needed, taping off rooms, and cleaning the work space and traffic areas daily. At the end of the project we do a thorough cleaning to reveal the final product.
