1. How quickly can I expect a response if I contact your business?
We strive to return all missed phone calls and form submissions within 24 hours. Our goal is to ensure prompt communication so that we can address your needs quickly and efficiently.
2. What do I get out of a "Free Estimate"?
Our free estimate provides you with a detailed assessment of the work required for your base finishing project. During this estimate, we will:
- Visit your home to assess the condition of your floors and measure the area.
- Discuss your specific needs, preferences, and any custom options you are considering.
- Outline a projected timeline for completion of the project.
- Answer any questions you might have about the process and our services.
3. How soon can you get the job done once started?
There is no great answer for this one! It depends on the size of your project and our calendar. By contacting us above we can start the process.
4. What does cleanup look like after the finishing process?
- We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and tidy workspace throughout the project and ensure a thorough cleanup after completion. Here’s what our cleanup process includes:
- Removal of all project debris and waste materials from the site.
- Sweeping and, if necessary, mopping the floors to remove any dust or residue.
- Replacing any furniture or items that were moved, if required.
- Final inspection with you to ensure everything meets their expectations and our standards.
Our goal is to leave your space looking as clean, if not cleaner, than when we started. This way, you can immediately enjoy your newly finished space without any additional hassle. We also recnogize that dust is a by-product of finishing a space. You will need to reguarly vaccum the new finished area for the first few months after the project is complete.
5. Do you offer a warranty on your work?
We offer a 10 Year Craftsmen Warranty on all of our projects. That includes anything that has failed due to craftsmanship (Installing a door wrong etc, a piece of dry-wall seam pops, etc.). This does not include normal wear and tear. If anything goes wrong after the project is finished, we will come to inspect any concerns.
6. Do you have business insurance?
Yes, we are 100% insured and we can provide certificate by request.
